Testimonials

I was about to sell my house, but was not happy with the tiles in the dining area. The tiles were white and shiny but the grout looked really dark and dirty. I already had a potential client; however the dark grout ruined the beauty of the room. I didn't have much time to fix the grout and decided to call Tile Cleaners as my real estate agency mentioned them. As my real estate agent said, Tile cleaners responded really quickly. They also pointed out that some of the grout was coming off in the hallway when they were there, which I had not even noticed. Thank you for fixing my problem so quickly. The house is sold now and I left your details with the new owner so they can keep the tiles in good condition.

Anna Rodwell, Tingalpa, QLD

I just got new tiles laid in my house that were very expensive. I needed to get them sealed but couldn't afford to pay much for it. On the other hand I didn't want to go for a company offering cheap and unreliably services. My boss recommended Tile Cleaners, saying that the company's prices were reasonable and that they offered quality service when he used them. I contacted them and ended up doing a booking with them. It is very pleasant to know that there are companies out there who actually care about providing very high quality services for affordable prices. I gave your contacts to my sister. Thank you for the job you did

Robert Williams, Norman Park, QLD

When I moved into my new house, I was shocked by how dirty and old the tiles in the entire house looked. I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be like that or if they were just really dirty. I decided to call Tile Cleaners and ask them to have a look and tell me what I could do to improve the look of my tiles. Tile Cleaners ® came the same weekend and managed to make my tiles look brand new. They also informed me that the sealer would protect my tiles for years to come. Amazing! Thank you guys! My floor looks gorgeous.

A sealer is a liquid, or carrier containing a resin that is applied to porous natural stone such as marble, limestone and travertine or porous man made surfaces such as concrete and ceramic tiles. A sealer will help prevent staining from water and/or oil based materials to the tile and grout as well as help to achieve better results when cleaning your tiles.

There are many types of sealer on the market and it can be confusing to know which sealer is the correct choice for your tile. Which one will work, which one won't, which sealer suits your situation best and how they differ?

You can easily test how porous your surfaces are by applying a drop of water and watching how it is absorbed. You can then see how any type of water based stain can be absorbed.

A sealer reduces the natural absorbency of a stone. A surface once prepared and sealed correctly can add a great deal of style to your property and give it a real feature relative to your desired look whether that is modern and contemporary or more traditional.

Staining can still occur if the staining product is not removed from the tile. Sealing your tiles and/or grout helps prevent & reduce staining. It provides a barrier for a short time to remove the staining product and helps reduce the damage caused from the stain itself.

Pre-sealed floors

In most cases we will be able to chemically remove your existing floor finish(sealer) and treat any staining and marks that have occurred due to the ineffectiveness of your floor seal. Once satisfied that we have achieved the best possible results, preferably by returning the floor to its natural or original state, we then allow sufficient drying time before applying the required number of coats of our specialist floor tile seal depending on the type of the floor.

Types Of Sealers we use

Tile Cleaners® use two main types of sealer to protect your surfaces. One sealer is known as an Impregnating Sealer(Penetrating Sealer) which is absorbed into the surface pores of the tile protecting it from within and the other is known as a Topical Sealer which sits on top of(coats) the tile.

Tile Cleaners® are proud to be accredited applicators of Australia's Deepshield™ quality deep impregnating water based sealers which prolong the life of your surfaces by taking full advantage of recent advancements in nano-technology and fluoro-bond technology.

Deepshield™ forms a bond with your surfaces that is stronger than any conventional mechanical or hydrogen bonding film forming sealer.

Tile Cleaners® technicians are Acacia Ridge's experts at applying all types of sealer and will ensure your surfaces look their absolute best. Tile Cleaners® can apply a topical sealer when especially required to create either a high gloss, satin sheen or matte finish to your surfaces.

deepshield breathe

Topical sealers can be helpful in situations where the old solvent based sealer can't be completely removed or when required to hide certain types of damage. Topical sealers typically have a life expectancy of around 3 years while impregnating sealers such as the Deepshield™ offer long term benefits lasting for up to 10 years while Deepshield™ Gold, based on the latest fluoro-bond technology will last for up to 15 years.

Deep Penetrating Impregnating Sealer

(Transparent Finish/Colour Enhancing Finish)

Impregnating sealers are safe for stone and highly recommended. These sealers sit below the surface of your tile and deposit solid particles into the pore structure of your stone coating the individual minerals below.

Even when the tile has been sealed previously with an impregnating sealer there is no need to strip the old sealer(as with Topical Sealer) before application, most aren't affected by UV light, and high quality penetrating sealers do not require frequent reapplication.

Impregnating sealers will not alter the slip resistant properties of the tile, meaning that if the tile is not a slippery tile then it will stay non-slip, making it the recommended sealer for most cases where slipping may be a risk.

Impregnating sealers used by Tile Cleaners® usually have a lifetime of up to 10 years. In areas where salt water is near, the lifetime of our sealer may be reduced to 8 years as salt can reduce the lifetime of the product.

How Do Impregnating Sealers Work?

The "active component" in a Penetrating Sealer is either a synthetic or natural resin. This resin is essentially dissolved into a liquid solution(carrier) with a mineral solvent or water.

Impregnating Sealer properties:

  • Penetrates into the stone and attaches its protection to the cell walls within the pore structure. This allows for total vapour transmission through the stone.
  • Does not change the colour or sheen of the stone.
  • Does not need to be re-applied after each cleaning.
  • Because the sealer does not remain on the surface, the sealer coating will not scratch or scuff. Without a surface coating to wear off, the sealer does not require re-application as frequently as topical sealers.

What Sets Impregnating Sealers Apart?

Solvent or water based sealer?

A solvent based sealer absorbs deep into the stone but emits a very strong odour and is trickier to apply. There have been a few reports of solvent based sealers reacting negatively to certain stones that have a factory applied resin. It's always safest to test a scrap or small inconspicuous area first. Solvent carried impregnators are excellent water repellents but do not usually repel oil stains.

A water based sealer is easier to apply and safer to handle as well as safer for the environment. Water carried impregnators are excellent oil repellents as well as excellent water repellents.

Does it repel water, repel oil, or resist oil?

Not all sealers work the same. Some sealers just repel water. These are called Hydrophobic. A hydrophobic type sealer repels water based liquids such as coffee, soft drink and tea.

Sealers that repel oil are called Oilophobic an oilophobic type sealer repels oil based liquids such as cooking oil and grease AS WELL AS water based liquids.

An oilophobic sealer will always repel BOTH oil and water based chemicals whereas a hydrophobic sealer doesn't always repel oil based chemicals.

Our impregnating water based sealers are Oilophobic, meaning that they repel both water and oil based chemicals.

Topical Sealer

(Gloss/Satin/Matte Finish)

Sometimes a Topical Sealer is referred to as a "coating" because this is exactly what it does, it coats the surface of your stone with a protective barrier. It's essentially a layer or thin film sitting on top of your stone.

Topical sealers are either removable(through stripping) or permanent. Removable coatings are designed to easily be stripped from the surface of stone and are usually water based. Most strippable coatings are NOT designed for natural stone, however nowadays there are high quality water based sealers also available for stone.

Permanent coatings are very difficult to remove and are usually NOT designed for stone either. It's important to ask an expert to determine which topical sealer is safe to use on your particular surface.

What will a topical sealer do?

It will help prevent your tile from scuffing, scratching and staining. The sealer will scuff and scratch instead. The sealer is however softer than your stone and can scuff and scratch fairly easily, which means they are short lived and frequent reapplication is necessary.

Before reapplying, old topical sealers need to be removed (Stripped) and frequent stripping can cause damage to your tile or stone. If you don't remove the sealer before applying a new coat, eventually these coatings will build up and cause your tile to have an unnatural wavy or plastic look.

Bottom of the barrel topical sealers can cause your tile to turn a yellowish colour, especially when exposed to UV light. They can change the appearance of your tile and may react adversely to heat and acids.

Tile Cleaners® technicians apply the highest quality water based sealers providing the highest level of protection.

Types of Tiles that can be sealed

Stone Tiles

All stone tiles should be treated carefully during the installation process and should be sealed as they can easily be stained by a range of substances. The sealing can be completed once the tiles have been laid or once construction is complete.

Limestone, Sandstone, Slate and pavers are common products which will require a degree of maintenance. This maybe a top up seal or it may require all the previous sealer to be stripped, bringing back the natural beauty of the tile, then re sealed.

Tile Cleaners® provide excellent value for money tile care and maintenance services. We only use quality products which will enhance and protect your tiles.

Porcelain Tiles

Porcelain tiles vary greatly in quality and type. Porous porcelain tiles along with their grout lines should always be sealed but only few types of sealers can be applied to your porcelain, so picking the right sealer and knowing how to apply it is critical. Deepshield™ Gold ultra premium impregnating sealer based on the latest fluoro-bond technology is specially designed to penetrate denser materials such as porcelain, ceramic, granite and marble as well as all other stone types, providing the best possible protection against water and oil based stains for up to 15 years dependent on surface usage and weather.

Unglazed and Profiled

Some of these tiles will benefit from sealing depending on how porous the tile is. As in all situations these tiles will need to be tested for sealing. The main benefit of sealing these tiles is the ease of cleaning once sealed. They will require only a minimum amount of maintenance once sealed although some outdoor tiles may stain from substances such as leaves, soil, rust and other inorganic materials if not cleaned immediately.

Certain tiles are commonly known as vitrified and come under the porcelain tile banner. These tiles are often used in commercial areas including outdoor and toilet areas. They are noted for their non-slip properties but can be very hard to clean and maintain. Most cannot be sealed effectively for long term positive results unless a deep penetrating sealer specifically designed for these surfaces is used.

Polished Porcelain

The process of polishing opens up the tiny clay pockets of the tile which will absorb stains and therefore need to be treated with a specialised sealer. The sealer impregnates and lines the small cavities, prohibiting the penetration of stains.

Our Penetrating Impregnating sealers will not alter the appearance of polished porcelain tiles since they are designed to only fill the micro pores and not coat the tile, nor should they affect the slip resistance of the tile.

Some porcelain tiles such as nano-porcelain come pre-sealed from the factory. This has presented problems in the field as the sealers do not seem to have consistent characteristics although these tiles can be sealed with quality products.

Sealing Grout Lines

Not all tiles require sealing, but even for those tiles than don't require sealing you can and should always seal the grout lines.

Grout Sealers prevent spills from penetrating into the porous grout. Our impregnating penetrating water based grout sealer repels water and oil based liquids, prevents stains caused by food and beverages and protects the grout from dirt and impurities.

After cleaning your grout it is recommended to apply an impregnating water based sealer specifically designed for grout that creates resistance to spills and stains. This also results in your grout becoming much easier clean in the future and makes your grout look cleaner for longer. There are different sealers for grout with varying qualities and prices. Check our website for advice on sealing your type of tile & grout or call us and our knowledgeable customer service can help you with all your enquiries.

The extra layer of protection from sealing the grout can be applied to grout in kitchens, shops, swimming pool surrounds & showrooms and most other areas in your home or business.

Sealing Grout Lines

While sealing your tiles and grout means that they will be protected, is it important to keep in mind that the previously applied sealer may need to be removed and reapplied in future depending on the quality of the sealer applied and the amount of traffic. This process is called tile stripping and sealing, which involves stripping, scrubbing and cleaning to remove old sealant and its residue and restoring the original appearance of the tiles. We can strip and reseal any hard surface flooring as well as wall tiles.

No matter where your tiles are, Tile Cleaners® technicians will strip, clean and professionally reseal them for you, in your kitchen, shower, bathroom, around the swimming pool, your backyard, outdoors or any hard to reach indoor areas.

Grout Recolouring

A variety of colours are available and an added advantage of grout recolouring is that the product we use also doubles as the highest quality sealer available allowing much easier cleaning of the grout in the future.

Maintaining Appearance of the tiles after Sealing

The best time to seal tiles and/or grout lines is immediately after installation, but if not done initially it is still extremely beneficial to seal them immediately once professional cleaned by Tile Cleaners® technicians.

After any sealing, we provide each customer with a simple tile maintenance program and recommend a cleaning product to suit your requirements.

Sealing of grout and porous tiles(such as terracotta, marble, porous porcelain, granite, travertine, limestone and sandstone etc.) is necessary to protect them from premature decay and contamination. Even very old tiles and grout can be cleaned and resealed to give them back a new lease on life!

Sealing your porous tiles and grout provides you with time to deal with spills. An unsealed floor can stain immediately, whereas a sealed floor is stain resistant with a reaction time of up to 4-5 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sealing requirements for different types of tiles can vary. In the case of ceramic or porcelain tiles, sealing is usually not necessary, but it's advisable to consult the manufacturer's guidelines for any specific recommendations. On the other hand, natural stone tiles like slate, marble, granite, or travertine typically require sealing due to their porous nature. Without proper sealing, these types of tiles can readily absorb liquids and become susceptible to stains. Therefore, it is important to consider the specific tile material when determining whether sealing is necessary for optimal protection and maintenance.

Sealing tiles and grout is an effective way to protect them from the various factors that can lead to deterioration and loss of appearance. Surfaces are constantly exposed to traffic, UV rays, moisture, rain, chemicals, and impurities like oil, gas, grease, acids, and salt. These elements can cause problems such as cracking, pitting, scaling, spalling, delamination, dusting, discoloration, efflorescence, and salt damage. By using high-quality sealers like Australia's Deepshield™ deep impregnating range, you can prevent unsightly stains, preserve the original color of the tiles, and keep your tiled floors looking their best for a longer period of time. Sealing offers excellent maintenance benefits and helps to maintain the overall quality and appearance of your tiles and grout.

The lifespan of a sealer before reapplication is influenced by the type of sealer used. Topical sealers typically provide protection for approximately 3 years before requiring reapplication. In contrast, impregnating sealers are more durable and can last up to 15 years or even a lifetime when applied to vertical surfaces. However, areas with high foot traffic or frequent use may necessitate more frequent inspections and resealing to ensure ongoing protection. Conducting a water absorption test can help assess the porosity of the surface and aid in selecting a sealer with longer-lasting durability. It is advisable to refer to the guidelines provided by the manufacturer and consult professionals to determine the specific reapplication schedule suitable for your tiles and grout.

Sealing the grout lines alone is indeed possible and highly recommended, especially if the grout is a light color. By sealing the grout, you can prevent stains and discoloration, ultimately extending its lifespan. This proactive measure can potentially save you the expense and effort of having to regrout the tiles within just a few years of installation.

The recommended frequency for fully resealing tiles can vary depending on factors such as the type and quality of the sealer used and the expected lifespan of the sealer. It is advised to regularly assess the condition of the tiles and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing sealer. If there are visible signs of wear, staining, or diminished protection, it may be necessary to undertake a complete resealing process. The specific timing for resealing will depend on these factors, and it is important to consistently monitor the tile's condition and consult the manufacturer's guidelines or sealer recommendations to determine the appropriate intervals for full resealing.

The drying time required for a sealer to fully cure can vary depending on the specific product being used. In general, most sealers have a relatively quick drying time, with the surface becoming touch-dry within approximately 4 hours. This applies to both penetrating sealers and topical sealers. Penetrating sealers typically complete their curing process within 24 hours, while topical sealers may take up to 48 hours to fully dry. It is crucial to carefully follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer regarding the recommended drying time. Doing so ensures that the sealer properly sets and provides the intended level of protection. Adhering to the specified drying time will help guarantee the longevity and effectiveness of the sealer on your tiles.

No, it is not possible to apply penetrating sealers over existing topical sealers. This is because topical sealers create a barrier on the surface of the material, preventing effective absorption of the penetrating sealer. To achieve the desired results, it is necessary to remove any existing topical sealer before applying a penetrating sealer. By removing the topical sealer, you allow the penetrating sealer to penetrate the material and provide the intended protection and benefits. Removing the topical sealer ensures the maximum effectiveness of the penetrating sealer and optimizes the overall sealing process.

To maintain a sealed surface effectively, it is recommended to use a pH neutral cleaner. This type of cleaner effectively removes dirt and grime without causing damage to the sealant. In case of spills, it is crucial to clean them promptly using clean water to prevent potential staining or residue. For regular maintenance and dust removal, using a microfiber mop is highly advised. The fine fibers of a microfiber mop efficiently capture dust particles, ensuring a clean and dust-free surface. By following these practices, you can help preserve the quality and appearance of your sealed surfaces.

When a surface appears dull or matte, despite regular cleaning, it may indicate the need for cleaning, stripping, and resealing. This loss of luster suggests that the previous sealer has worn off and is no longer providing adequate protection. Another indicator is an increased susceptibility to staining, as the surface is no longer effectively shielded. Recognizing these signs is crucial, as it allows for timely action to prevent permanent staining and to restore the surface's visual appeal. By addressing these indications promptly, through proper cleaning, stripping, and resealing, the surface can regain its beauty and maintain long-term durability.

During the process of stripping and sealing surfaces, safety should be a top priority. Professional tile cleaning services, like Tile Cleaners®, understand the importance of safety and employ measures to mitigate potential risks. They use high-quality water-based products and advanced cleaning machinery to ensure effective cleaning solutions while safeguarding the integrity of the surfaces being treated. By prioritizing safety, these services provide a reliable and secure experience for their customers.

At Tile Cleaning, we take great care to minimize mess during the stripping and sealing process of terracotta tiles. Our approach involves using high-quality, non-solvent-based stripping and sealing products, which are designed to ensure a clean and tidy process. These products are specifically selected to minimize the risk of damaging your floors, walls, or skirting boards. Our team of technicians is trained to handle the process with utmost care, ensuring that your surfaces are protected throughout. In most cases, non-solvent-based strippers and techniques are used, which effectively achieve excellent results without causing any harm. However, in rare circumstances where solvent-based strippers are necessary, additional precautions may be taken. This could involve temporarily vacating the premises for up to 48 hours to ensure safety and provide optimal protection. Rest assured that our experienced technicians will take all necessary measures to maintain a clean and damage-free environment during the stripping and sealing process.

Tile Cleaning places great importance on the safety of your family throughout the cleaning process and guarantees the use of non-toxic finishing agents. Our commitment to safety is rooted in protecting your loved ones by avoiding any potentially harmful substances or ingredients. When selecting cleaning products, Tile Cleaning exercises utmost care to exclude any ingredients that could pose health risks. This approach not only helps preserve the condition of your stone tiles but also exemplifies our dedication to prioritizing the overall health and safety of your household.

The purpose of floor stripping is to achieve the cleanest and most visually appealing results for your floors. When professionals perform this task, their objective is to meticulously remove the old sealer, ensuring a thorough process. This stripping sets the foundation for an effective cleaning procedure, followed by the application of a fresh sealer. By following this meticulous approach, the surfaces are revitalized, resulting in a pristine and immaculate appearance. Ultimately, the floor stripping process aims to deliver the freshest and cleanest outcome for your floors.

When discussing floors, the term "strip and seal" refers to a procedure where the existing coating or sealer on the floor surface is removed, and a new sealant is applied. Over time, floors can become dull and lose their shine, diminishing their visual appeal. By undergoing the strip and seal process, it is possible to revitalize the floors and bring them back to their original condition. This method provides a cost-effective solution for rejuvenating worn-out surfaces, making it a preferable alternative to complete floor replacement.

When our professional team arrives to seal your floors, you can expect a thorough and transparent process. We will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the entire process, ensuring effective communication. The sealing process typically begins with the potential removal of any previous sealer, if necessary. The floor will then undergo meticulous cleaning and neutralization to eliminate dust, residues, and other substances that could affect the performance of the new sealer. Afterward, a fresh layer of sealer will be applied, allowing sufficient time for it to set and cure properly. This will restore your floors to their original appearance while providing enhanced protection. Additionally, the sealed floor will be easier to maintain, reducing the effort required for routine cleaning and upkeep.

The recommended frequency for sealing floors can vary depending on factors such as the type of sealer used and the amount of foot traffic on the tiles. Deep impregnating water-based sealers, like Deepshield™ Gold, are known to provide long-lasting protection for up to 15 years. However, topical sealers typically require reapplication every 3 years, although this can be influenced by factors such as heavy foot traffic or harsh weather conditions. Regular assessment of the floor's condition is important, looking for signs like patchy areas or increased susceptibility to staining, as these may indicate the need for resealing. For personalized guidance and more detailed information, it is recommended to consult professionals or providers such as Australia's Deepshield™ for assistance and inquiries.

Neglecting to seal floors can leave them vulnerable to potential damage. Without proper sealing, spills containing oil or harsh substances can penetrate the surface, resulting in permanent stains that are difficult to remove using regular household cleaning methods. It is essential to prioritize sealing in order to protect the fresh appearance and structural integrity of your floors. Sealing creates a protective barrier that guards against permanent staining and helps prevent accidental damage in the future. By investing in floor sealing, you can extend the lifespan of your floors' optimal appearance and enjoy the benefits of easier and more convenient maintenance.

To determine the appropriate timing for sealing tiles, it is beneficial to adopt a proactive approach and seal them immediately after installation to prevent potential staining or damage. However, if you are considering sealing existing tiles, there are indicators to look out for. Keep an eye out for patchy areas on the floor where the sealer has worn off, or observe if the tiles are becoming more vulnerable to staining. These signs suggest that resealing is necessary to preserve the appearance of the tiles and provide effective surface protection.

Efflorescence is a phenomenon where salts migrate to the surface of porous materials during water evaporation, resulting in a whitish coating and potential damage to the surface finish. To effectively prevent efflorescence, it is crucial to apply a high-quality water-resistant sealer from a reputable range. However, it is important to note that efflorescence can also be influenced by factors such as water penetration. Therefore, it is essential to address any underlying causes of water penetration, such as repairing leaks or damaged grout, to effectively prevent efflorescence. By combining proper sealing with resolving the water source, proactive measures can be taken to minimize the occurrence of efflorescence and maintain the integrity of the surface.

Yes, it is possible to remove accumulated efflorescence from surfaces. We have the expertise and tools required for this task. Our process involves using effective efflorescence removers and employing specialized cleaning techniques. It is important to note that efflorescence is often caused by underlying issues such as leaks behind stones, tiles, or damaged grout lines. While we can successfully eliminate the visible efflorescence, it is crucial to address and resolve the root cause to prevent its reappearance in the future. By addressing both the efflorescence buildup and the contributing factors, we can restore the surface to its desired condition.

When selecting a sealer for tiles, it is crucial to consider factors such as the type of tile, its porosity, surface finish, and intended usage. Different tiles have varying levels of porosity and maintenance requirements. To ensure compatibility and provide optimal protection, it is important to take these factors into consideration when choosing a sealer. Seeking advice from professionals or tile sealing experts can help determine the most suitable sealer for your specific tile type and the conditions in which it will be used.

Typically, tiles receive 2 to 4 coats of sealer during the sealing process. However, the exact number of coats can vary depending on factors such as the desired finish and the specific characteristics of the tiles being sealed. Professionals consider these factors to determine the optimal number of sealer coats needed to achieve the desired outcome in terms of both appearance and protection for the tiles.

While sealing tiles creates a protective barrier that offers more time to clean up spills before they potentially stain the tiles, it does not guarantee absolute prevention of stains. It is important to promptly clean up spills and regularly remove dirt to minimize the risk of staining, even on a sealed surface. Sealing significantly reduces the likelihood of stains, but maintaining proper cleaning and maintenance practices is still crucial to keep your tiles in optimal condition.

The recommended waiting time before walking on sealed tiles and placing furniture back on them is typically around 4 hours. This allows the tiles to become touch dry, making it safe to walk on the surface and return most furniture items. However, it is important to avoid mopping the tiles or exposing them to moisture for at least 24 hours to prevent washing off the sealer. The sealer requires up to 24 hours to fully cure and provide optimal protection. It is also advisable to refrain from placing rugs on the floor for at least 24 hours, allowing the tiles to breathe until the sealer is completely cured. Following these guidelines ensures the best results and longevity of the sealer on your tiles.

The effect of sealing on the surface's appearance can vary depending on factors such as the type of sealer used and the number of coats applied. Different sealers can produce different visual outcomes for the tiles. Some sealers may enhance the natural color and sheen of the tiles, while others may result in a more subdued or matte finish. It is important to consider your desired outcome and consult professionals for guidance in selecting a sealer that aligns with your aesthetic preferences and goals for the surface's appearance. By discussing your requirements, you can choose a sealer that enhances the overall look of the tiles to your satisfaction.

Opting to hire a professional for tile sealing provides several benefits. Professionals possess the expertise and experience to choose the appropriate sealer type based on industry standards and the specific requirements of your tiles. They can also ensure a thorough and professional cleaning of the tiles before the sealing process. This step is crucial because sealing over dirt and imperfections can lead to the sealer trapping these blemishes, potentially affecting the desired outcome. By relying on professionals, you can have peace of mind, knowing that your tiles will be expertly cleaned and sealed using the appropriate techniques, ultimately resulting in optimal and long-lasting results.

While sealing offers significant benefits such as easier maintenance and increased resistance to staining for tiles or stone surfaces, it is important to acknowledge that regular maintenance is still necessary. Sealing creates a protective barrier that allows contaminants to remain on the surface for a longer period, providing more time for cleaning before potential staining occurs. However, sealing does not make porous surfaces completely impervious to staining. While it significantly reduces the immediate risk of staining, it does not eliminate the need for regular cleaning. Utilizing appropriate stone cleaning products and maintaining a consistent cleaning routine are essential for preserving the condition and appearance of sealed tiles or stone surfaces. Regular maintenance remains crucial for ensuring the longevity and optimal condition of the surfaces, even after they have been sealed.
