We got our tiles more than 25 years ago. We were told that we had a solvent sealer on our tiles, which apparently most companies wouldn't be able to strip off. I have several different freshly laid tiles in my new house. All pathways have stone tiles and there are marble tiles in the bathrooms and porcelain in the kitchen. I needed to get them sealed and was not sure if it was possible to seal them all. I contacted Tile Cleaners because my dad recommended them. He had a similar situation in his house and was very happy with the job Tile Cleaners had done. I was very worried about my tiles since they were brand new and very expensive. Tile Cleaners team were very patient with me, explaining how they were going to apply the sealer on different types of tiles, what sealer they would use, how long it would last for and advised me on how to take care of my tiles. I called Tile Cleaners a few times confirming details, asking for prices, making sure they could to the job during the weekend etc. The guys were amazingly patient and helpful. When I had gathered all the information I wanted, I was ready to go ahead. The work done by Tile Cleaners actually took less time than what it took me looking for information about it. I noticed that some of the tiles in my bathroom walls were loose and the grout was coming off. I am a very busy so kept on postponing calling someone to fix it. One day I got home and the loose tiles were lying broken on the floor. Can you imagine my frustration? I rang my brother in panic and he gave me Tile Cleaners' contact details. I rang them straight away. The guys told me I needed a tiler and professional regrouting work done so I thought it would take ages to fix my problem. However they organized the work very well. Q: If we have a spillage on our newly sealed floor what should we do?
A: Immediately wipe up spillage with warm soapy water before it dries.

Q: Who do you carry out the work for?
A: Our customers include both private and commercial customers. Hotel groups and Leisure facilities make up a large amount of our work but we have cleaned stadiums, public toilets and miles and miles of tiles in private houses. These can be man made porcelain and ceramic or natural stone.

Q: How do I maintain my sealed marble bench top?
A: Always use cutting boards on marble bench tops to prevent acid burns from acid based products such as lemons, limes, tomato sauces, coke and champagne.

Q: How do I remove leaf and pet dropping stains from my sealed outdoor paving?
A: Apply bleach or pool chlorine to the sealed surface. Allow 30minutes to react with the stain then hose off.
