The stripper is applied onto the floor and sufficient time is allowed to effect penetration and softening of the seal or polish. The floor is machine rotary scrubbed with a stripping pad. The remaining residue is removed using a hot water extraction machine with a PH neutralising additive leaving the floor surface clean and ready for sealing.

While some companies recommend that this be done once or twice per year, others once every several damp cleanings and the rest as the appearance dictates, the truth is it should be done periodically, at least twice a year.
